If you have any questions please Contact Us Here Premier Winter Basketball League 2009 The Premier Winter Basketball League will be offer to boys and girls ages 6 – 14. A separate boys and girls league has been formed to give maximum opportunity to our youth. The structure of the PWBL will be explained throughout this program flier. The divisions for this program are as follows: Boys ages Jr. Freshman 6 – 7, Freshman 8 – 9, Jr. Varsity 10 – 12, Varsity 13 – 14, and girls ages Freshman 8 – 9, Jr. Varsity 10 – 12, Varsity 13 – 14. Each division will be limited to 96 Participants. The season will begin with a Three-day evaluation camp used for training, evaluation, team placement and uniform sizing. The PWBL with include two components of service to the youth and the families. The youth will participate in athletic skills programs, which will include the training and the coaching of the entire game of basketball, as well as, a social service where our youth participants will participate in group mentoring sessions and substance abuse education. These services will be provided to both the youth players and parents through seminars and sessions. Our belief and practice is that Basketball is obviously more than a game. It’s an experience, lesson and a privilege for all. HYPE Athletics Community is devoted to insuring our young leaders are prepared for the challenges life has prepared them. These sessions are not mandatory, but highly encouraged. Guest speakers will educate all of us through knowledge and experience. Location:
